Y2i works closely with organisations such as the Zionist Federation of Australia and Masa, to encourage students to return to Israel post high school. There are a number of different program options available to students who are looking for a unique Israel experience.
Program lengths range greatly, with varied offerings such as professional and educational development, sightseeing and adventure, volunteering, and cultural experiences unique to Israeli society.
A Post High School Israel program builds on, and is different to, what students experienced in Year 10, developing more focused individuals with a better sense of purpose and engagement in the world. Y2i greatly encourages participation in both programs for the full Israel experience and personal growth.

For those looking to build on their 6-week journeys to Israel, Masa Israel Journey can help you get back to Israel. Masa Israel Journey was established in 2004 as a joint initiative by the Government of Israel and the Jewish Agency for Israel with the vision that all young Jewish adults around the world should have the opportunity to spend a semester or year in Israel. Masa Israel Journey is the umbrella organisation for all long term Israel programs ranging from 4.5 months to 12 months and offers incredible opportunities for school leavers to further explore Israel by offering a rich and wide array of gap year programs, catering to different interests and varying budgets. Masa Israel Journey also provides generous grants and scholarships to assist with the cost of the programs.
The Zionist Federation of Australia (ZFA) is the local partner of Masa Israel Journey. The ZFA has a dedicated Israel Program coordinator who oversees the Masa Israel long term programs and can assist you with program options and or the grants and scholarships available through Masa Israel Journey.
